Welcome to M Center LTD. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

Services provided

M Center LTD provides graphic design and digital creative services, including but not limited to:

  • Social media design

  • Advertising creative design

  • Logo design

  • Branding and visual identity

All services are provided on a project or retainer basis as agreed upon in writing.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to active clients.

Client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information and necessary materials

  • Giving timely feedback and approvals

  • Ensuring all provided content (images, logos, text) is legally owned or licensed

Delays caused by lack of communication may result in project timeline extensions.

Payment terms

Payment terms are agreed per project. Generally:

  • A 50% deposit is required before work begins

  • The remaining balance is due upon project completion

For ongoing services, payment is due at the beginning of each billing period.

Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly fee on outstanding balances. We reserve the right to pause or suspend services for overdue accounts.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment:

  • Clients receive full ownership and commercial rights to final deliverables

However:

  • M Center LTD retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise

  • All drafts, concepts, and unfinished work remain the property of M Center LTD until full payment is received

Revisions and changes

Each project includes a limited number of revisions as agreed in advance.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges

  • Major scope changes may require a revised timeline and pricing

Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential.

We will not share or disclose client data, strategies, or materials without permission, except where required by law.

Limitation of liability

M Center LTD’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service in question.

We are not responsible for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages

  • Loss of revenue or business results

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from marketing-related designs or campaigns.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice.

Clients must pay for all completed work up to the termination date.

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if:

  • Terms are violated

  • Abusive or inappropriate behavior occurs

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be resolved under applicable UK legal jurisdiction.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time.

Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
