At M Center LTD, we aim to provide high-quality graphic design and digital creative services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued.

General policy

Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are considered final once work has commenced. However, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for refunds

You may be eligible for a partial or full refund in the following situations:

  • If no work has been started on your project

  • If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment

  • If we are unable to deliver the agreed service

Non-refundable situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Work has already been started or completed

  • You have approved initial concepts or drafts

  • Delays caused by lack of communication or missing materials

  • Change of mind after project initiation

  • Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after revisions are delivered

Revisions instead of refunds

We offer revisions as part of our service to ensure satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the initial work, we encourage you to request revisions within the agreed scope.

Partial refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • A project is canceled after work has begun

  • The completed portion of the work has been delivered

The refunded amount will be based on the work completed at the time of cancellation.

Processing refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Dispute the chargeback

  • Suspend or terminate your services
